- Minor: text fixes, a few shot changes or small timing adjustments.
- Moderate: multiple shot changes, pacing changes or section rearrangement.
- Major: major changes to the timeline or story.
- One round means one consolidated feedback list.
Payment, turnaround & storage
- Full payment is required before work begins.
- Turnaround starts after payment and all materials are received.
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- The quote is valid for 14 days.
- Files are kept for 30 days after delivery, then may be deleted.
Licensing & client materials
- Approved premium assets are charged separately.
- Clients must hold rights to all supplied materials.
- KAY is not liable for unlicensed client materials.
Portfolio & promotional use
Unless agreed in writing, KAY may use supplied materials and completed work for portfolio, social media, website, marketing and ads. Confidential or unreleased work requires permission.
Third-party licences: Licensed assets keep their original terms. Full Project Handover does not transfer non-transferable licences.
